About Us

The Douglas Eatery is based in the popular Douglas Court Shopping Centre. At The Eatery our family business is built around providing our loyal customers with fresh homemade food that is cooked in the restaurant and served to you in comfortable and clean surroundings and supplied at very affordable prices. At The Eatery we pride ourselves of in our high quality homemade foods. We source all our ingredients daily from a band of local producers and suppliers and by doing so we are supporting other local jobs and businesses.

We open at 8am every day where you can come in and enjoy a freshly baked homemade scone with a delicious fair-trade coffee to give you that caffeine fix to start your day off. Our breakfast starts at 8am and runs thru to 11.30am - we offer everything from a traditional full Irish Breakfast as well as freshly baked Danish, scones and muffins.

A famous lunch menu is by far the best in Douglas…. all our lunches are homemade, delicious and under €10.00. Our lunch menu changes daily so you don’t get board. We have a large salad bar that is stock daily with fresh salads that our international chefs prepare daily. Unlike some others in the centre who sell pre-packed sandwiches or buy factory produced salads just to keep the Franchise company happy our sandwich bar fillings like everything else is prepared onsite, using ingredients that where delivered that day.

Our homemade dessert bar speaks for itself…whether it’s the famous ‘Baileys and Toblerone’ cheesecake or a slice of hot chocolate fudge cake served with a scoop of ice cream all are mouth watering.

Due to many requests from you our customers we now offer a delivery service for Home and Corporate catering. All foods are made to order and delivered in our HACCP compliant transport when you what them. Please just click on our Home Catering link to see our extensive menu.

Why not contact us about catering for that Christmas and New Year party...we have menus starting at just €5.00 per guest.  We supply both to the home and d to the office.
